Recipe for my Vegan Queso!🧡🌱 It’s a smooth, creamy and fiery Mexican-inspired dip. Made in just 5 minutes with minimal ingredients. Enjoy it as a dip for tortillas or fresh veg. And scoop into tacos and burritos for a creamy spicy sauce. You can use it for so many things! Vegan Queso Recipe
1 cup raw cashews
3/4 cup hot water
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 clove garlic
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tsp hot sauce

1. Toss everything into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
