Can I ask that being vegan, how do you keep your Vitamin B12 and Iron for your body? Don’t we start getting deficiency of these being vegan or start getting grey hair? I’m still taking milk in my meals but still having problem with Vitamin B12 and Iron. Can you suggest anything for that?
