Cookie dough bites!🍪 Here’s a guilt-free snack for your sweet tooth. Just 8 simple ingredients and an easy Monday recipe. I’ve copied the recipe below,👇 and find it on the blog. Enjoy!✌️ #twospoons

3/4 cup gluten-free oats
3/4 cup almond flour (ground blanched almonds)
1/2 cup almond butter
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1. Pulse oats in a blender or food proccessor until finely ground. In a large mixing bowl combine the oat flour, almond flour, almond butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix well to combine.
2. Add chocolate chips and mix again to combine. Then, form balls by rolling dough with hands (about the size of a ping-ping ball). Continue rolling until you’ve used all your batter.

  1. Gonna make these soon😍😍 do you need to keep them in a fridge/freezer to set? And what storing them about later? (in case you don’t eat all of them at one go🙈)
